We run large land development, construction and real estate projects and maintain residential estates. Our investment department makes strategic and portfolio investments in the innovation, high-technology, telecommunications and consulting industries. The group also includes agricultural industries. Investment in cultural services and projects is one of our unique areas of activity and the Viennacontemporary arts fair is our flagship division.

    RDI Telecom, the telecommunications arm of the Group, is created. RDI becomes a member of the board of trustees of the VIENNAFAIR contemporary arts exhibition.

    RDI Culture is created with a mission to integrate art and culture into its projects in order to create unique living environments and modern public spaces.

Dmitry Aksenov Chairman of the Board of Directors, RDI.Group
He was born in 1966 in Novosibirsk. In 1989 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and in 1999 obtained an MBA degree in strategic management from the Institute of Business and Business Administration. In 2005 he founded the investment and management company RDI. Group, whose core business is focused on the development and maintenance of real estate, on providing communications services and on diversified investments in Russia and abroad. Dmitry Aksenov is also Chairman of the Board of Viennacontemporary, a leading international contemporary arts fair held annually in the city of Vienna. Aksenov is also the founder of VR Foundation, a fund developing effective treatments for people suffering from vitiligo, and of the Aksenov Family Foundation, which strives to develop cultural and social innovation.
Anvar Kalimov Member of the Board of Directors
He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology with a degree in automated devices and information technology. In 2008 he obtained an Executive MBA degree in strategic management from the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration and Civil Service.
He has been working in real estate for more than 20 years and in development since 2003. He has been a member of the RDI Group Board of Directors since 2005. His professional interests also include agricultural business and telecommunications. He has been co-owner of Moscow Sotheby's International Realty International real estate agency since 2010.
He takes part in numerous philanthropic projects and charitable organizations such as the Culture Theatre's Open Arts program, the Crystal Life program, the charities CREATION and Mercy and others. He leads an active lifestyle and is keen on downhill skiing, tennis, travel and piloting helicopters.
Alexander Vinokurov Director of Investment and Corporate Finance
He graduated from the State University of Management with the degree in International Economic Relations, and has a PhD. He has been engaged in various commercial structures since 1994, and was Vice-President and deputy Chief Financial Officer of GUTA Group from 2002 to 2015.
He has been head of RDI Group's investment and corporate finance divisions since 2015.
He is keen on downhill skiing, hunting, riding quad bikes. He is a family man and has three children.
Irina Shestak Member of the Board of Directors

Graduated from the Moscow state University named after M. V. Lomonosov, law Department.

Her career developed in various fields — from legal adviser to the companies’ General Director. Irina has more than 13 years experience in public service. Her work received numerous awards and recognition on the regional and federal level. She owns a reward «Veteran of Labour».

In her free time Shestak enjoys down-hill skiing and hiking mountain trails. No matter what she’s doing — traveling, working or communicating, she takes pleasure in acquiring new knowledge and competencies.

Michail Zhumazhanov Director for real estate Development & Construction
He has two degrees.
Before joining RDI he worked for some of the leading development companies in the Moscow region, where he ascended every rung of the career ladder in technical supervision, from an ordinary specialist at Barkley in 2002 to the head of Masshtab in 2010. He has participated in a number of major (over 500,000 m²) residential real estate investment and construction projects from the concept design stage to the construction and building population stages. He has also implemented projects for cottage estates, multiformat urban estates, industrial parks, manufacturing and office facilities.
Jury Lakeev CEO of Land Management
He graduated from the 2nd Pirogov MOLGMI (now the Pirogov Russian National Medical Research
University) and has a PhD.
He has been working in real estate since 1992. His professional focus is on the elite real estate sector as well as on the implementation of investment projects and land assets.
He is keen on water tourism and travel, loves music. He participates in RDI charitable projects through the Russian Orthodox community Mercy.
Vladimir Karpichenko Asset Management Director. Agricultural business
He graduated with honours from the Kiev Naval Political Academy with a civil degree in social psychology. Has two additional degrees: one in law from the Moscow State Law Academy and one in finance and credit from the Moscow New Law Institute.
Before joining RDI in 2007 he had worked as a lawyer in various organizations.
He served in the Soviet Navy. He likes reading and travelling in his spare time. He is also a keen collector of rare vinyl releases.
Markus Huber Vice-President International Relations
Markus Huber studied philosophy, art history, history and political science at the Universities of Salzburg, Vienna & Naples.
After that Markus was a representative of the Green Party as a political strategist in the Austrian Parliament from 1990 to 1993, subsequently becoming Managing Director and CMO of Nofrontiere Design AG. He was the founder and has been Managing Director of Collettiva Design GmbH since 2003. He was the managing director of Viennafair The New Contemporary from 2012 to 2013. He has been RDI Group Vice President since 2013.
Markus Huber's main focus is on developing international business (including overall management and strategic activity of the Viennafair & Viennacontemporary contemporary arts fairs, Speedinvest, Speedinveststudio, Riddle&Code, investment in a joint digital startup in the field of blockchain technology, investment in a joint real estate company with the market leader in Vienna). Markus Huber has been a member of TRIAD Berlin's Advisory Board since 2014.
Christina Steinbrecher-Pfandt Head of RDI Creative
She graduated from Maastricht University with a bachelor's degree in International Business. She then obtained a Master's degree in Contemporary Art from Manchester University in the UK in 2007.


She was the artistic director of the Art Moscow fair from 2009 to 2012 and from 2011 to 2012 also the artistic director of the Moscow Central House of Artists. She also supervised numerous exhibitions, including ones at the Venice and Moscow contemporary art Biennales . She has been the artistic director of the Vienna international contemporary art fair Viennacontemporary since 2012, and the head of RDI. Creative since 2014.
She actively participates in the cultural, artistic and educational development of the city. She likes designing clothes and doing active sports in her free time.

VR Foundation Inc is a nonprofit fund created in 2011 to develop effective treatments for the millions of people suffering from vitiligo. The fund brings together a great deal of laboratories from around the world which are carrying out research into this disease and trying to find effective treatments for it.
